About CJ Metzger
Candace (CJ) Metzger is an artist, illustrator, designer & writer whose creations
blend surreal, whimsical imagery and ideas. Being born into a family of artists,
she received constant encouragement and creative inspiration.
In addition to being "home schooled" in the arts, she received a Bachelors of Arts from
CSULA, attended Art Center Pasadena, and received her Masters' in Public Art from USC.
Her career continues to thrive in multiple directions including; exhibiting art in numerous solo
and group shows, collaborating with her artist sister Miss Mindy, writing and illustrating her
own children's books, and creating designs for clients
(Neiman Marcus, Hot Topic, Los Angeles Times, Baby Tattoo Books & more).
